Course Outline
This course aims to increase the skills and knowledge required to use the appropriate range, gear and techniques to drive a Four Wheel Drive vehicle. This course will increase the safety margin for vehicle drivers.

Entry Requirements
Participants must hold a current drivers licence.
Supply of Four Wheel Drive vehicle plus recovery gear.
This course is designed for all people who have use of or own a four wheel drive vehicle. It is especially relevant for those personnel who use a 4WD vehicle in remote areas and other difficult environments.
Course Objectives
- To correctly operate a Four Wheel Drive vehicle
- Highlight operational safety care for vehicle occupants
- Mechanical appreciation and environmental considerations.
- Company procedures included in the course, if required.
