Construction Induction Course
COURSE OUTLINE
The Construction Induction Card is mandatory for people performing construction work in Victoria. This card is issued for life and is recognised throughout Australia.
Anyone who holds a “Red Card” is automatically recognised as having this qualification. If you are booked into a Construction Induction Course you can work for 28 days while you wait for your course, and will be confirmed by pre-payment of course fees.

1. Enrolment form must be completed prior to the course taking place, with correct full name written; 2. Payment of course fee must be made prior to the course taking place in all circumstances;
3. One of the following forms of ID must be copied prior to the course such as; a. Australian Drivers Licence
b. Passport (current) c. Australian Government issued ID Card with photo
d. Student ID with photo e. Key Pass with photo
f. Shooters licence with photo g. “Licence to Perform at High Risk Work” with photo h. Completed & verified ID form – Natural Person
CERTIFICATION Training conducted in this course aligns to the new WorkSafe safety requirements for undertaking construction work which came into effect on 1 July 2008. Statement of Attainment issued: VPAU349 Work Safely in the Construction Industry.
